Our client is an independent business focused on helping "retail" advice business comply with the AFSL regulatory environment. They provide services such as compliance, professional development, paraplanning, software and research procurement and process improvement to financial planners.

They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic grad to join their company in a Technical Support role. You will ideally have completed tertiary education related to IT and have an interest and understanding of the financial service industry. This is a great company to work for who reward their staff.

As the Xplan Technical Support, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Site configuration (licence allocation, setting of global/office parameters, data feed configuration)
• Template "coding" and testing (threads, document templates and wizards, document library)
• User support (telephone based)

Required skills:

• Strong IT skills
• Exposure to financial planning industry or paraplanning
• Ability to hit the ground running and grasp new concepts quickly
• Good communications skills
• Ideally 1-2 years experience but they will consider bright grads!
