Our client is looking for an investment fund experienced individual (2 years) ready to play an active role in their investment funds operations department ! In this role, you will mainly have to respond to customer queries and investigate problems. Do you have the right language skills to take on this challenging role within an international multi cultural environment ?

Client Services Officer English/Italian Speaking + French or German (Ref 0805-37CDB)

Your main role:

• handle customer queries relating to all areas of Custody Investment Funds
• provide assistance to customers
• investigate and resolve customer problems

Your profile:

• Bac + 2 or relevant professional experience
• at least 2 years experience in the Investment Funds industry
• outstanding client services attitude with excellent telephone and communication skills
• fluent English and Italian + fluent French or German
• PC literate
