Working within the Transfer Agency team you will act as the primary contact for all platform service related queries between the Management Company and Northern Trust.

The delivery of products and services to this client base is supported through a network of offices around the globe.

ROLE

To act as the primary contact for all platform service related queries. Researches and resolves enquiries and communicates resolution to the appropriate parties. Responsible for the co-ordination of the Service Level Agreements and working closely with the operational teams.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The principle responsibilities of the Distribution Liaison role may include, but may not be limited to, the following;

Client Service Management

  • To act as the primary point of contact for all Platform service related queries from the Management Companies, Platforms and internal parties.

  • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing service provided to the Platform and the Management Companies.

  • Ownership, management and resolution of any service queries.

  • Oversight and co ordination of the Service Level Agreement.

  • Identifies and manages resolution of service delivery root causes.

  • Initiates frequent, proactive communication with the Platforms and Management Companies to verify perceived levels of satisfaction and demonstrate proactive service.

  • Leads / coordinates / participates in Service Reviews as required.

  • Coordinates and manages client MIS as required.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal partners.

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Good knowledge of the various platforms and industry awareness

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Needs to demonstrate the ability to be a team player.

  • Ability to plan and prioritise their day to day workload to meet client deadlines.

  • Good written and oral communication skills essential to the role.

  • Ability to review and resolve complex issues.

  • Demonstrates an excellent understanding of risk associated with the role.
