The position will be responsible for writing business requirement documents that outline changes to processes and/or systems for scoping and execution.
Work with the project owners to obtain high level requirements, research, and translate into formal business requirements for technology group execution. Work with technology and business partners to gain buy in on requirements and timelines.
The position will be responsible for coordinating migration of application security functions which include account administration on a range of platforms, tools, workflow procedure, design and documentation, development and testing. This includes writing and executing test scripts, validate UAT and production results match the original business requirements post implementation.
The position will be responsible for maintaining a list of assigned projects and provide regular status updates. This position consists of the analysis to develop efficient workflows and processes, the documentation of procedures and the on-going controls to ensure procedures are current and updated and in compliance with corporate IT policy. Meetings will need to be initiated as necessary to engage business and technology partners for information or to provide status updates.
This position will also be responsible tracking post implementation performance.


Qualifications
College degree preferred, but not required. Strong Communication skills; Both written and oral. Strong research, investigation, analytical and evaluation skills. Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work. Ability to concurrently manage multiple efforts with competing timeframes and resources. Ability to effectively and seamlessly work with others in multiple geographic locations.
Understanding of the business needs and process. Understanding of business process analysis. Ability to communicate effectively across all employees experience levels throughout JPMorgan Chase. Ability to anticipate and understand issues, and escalate appropriately for timely resolution. Must have 3 years of prior experience with application platforms (e.g. mainframe, client server, web) and application security. In-depth understanding of information security policies/practices. Experience in financial services, product and operations management Must be an excellent team player, strong team leader, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment. Strong PC and MS Suite skills, including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio and MS Power Point. Must be a self starter with ability to work independently from manager and/or team. Ability to research complex issues, develop creative and effective solutions and document the same. Ability to travel as needed. Position
