The Research Associate must have at least two years of experience on the sellside, a strong knowledge of the buyside community, strong references from both sellside and buyside personnel, and is highly motivated to advance into a senior analyst role. The ideal candidate also has excellent writing and communication skills, a basic understanding of Wall Street finance, and experience working well with a large multi-faceted research team.
